Charles Rafferty Bio:
Charles Rafferty has received grants from the National Endowment for the Arts and the Connecticut Commission on Culture & Tourism. His most recent full-length book of poetry is The Smoke of Horses (BOA Editions). His collection of short fiction, Saturday Night at Magellan's, was published by Fomite Press.
His work has appeared in The New Yorker, Oprah Magazine, The Southern Review, TriQuarterly, DoubleTake, Louisiana Literature, Prairie Schooner, Quarterly West, Massachusetts Review, and Connecticut Review. Currently, he directs the MFA program at Albertus Magnus College and teaches at the Westport Writers' Workshop
